Two original copies of plan showing the layout of the War Memorial at Marple Memorial Park, one with handwritten notes. Dated December 1951.
Also photocopy of article with handwritten note of date, 13 Nov 1920, saying that the people of Marple were not aware that the Marple War Memorial Park was open to the public, that the former dining room at The Hollins had been set apart for use as the Council Room and discussing the decision of Marple Council not to use the former front lodge off Stockport Road as a rate collector's office.
