Original document with Plans and Particulars of five lots of valuable freehold estates in Marple & Offerton near to Stockport advertised to be sold by Auction by Messrs Churton & Elphick at the Warren Bulkeley Arms Inn, Stockport on Friday 25th September 1863 at One for Two o'clock most punctually.

Lot 1. The Nab Estate, a very compact and excellent farm near to Dan Bank Toll Bar.
Lot 2. A piece of very superior land, being part of the said Nab Estate, having a considerable frontage to the said Turnpike Road.
Lot 3. An extremely fine farm known as the Marsland Fold Estate in the occupation of the Widow Hadfield, adjoining the Marple Hall Estate.
Lot 4. A piece of building land having a frontage to the new Turnpike Road, near the Jolly Sailor Public House.
Lot 5. Superior old pasture land called the Cawkwell Fields on the road from High Lane to Marple, adjoining the Wibbersley Hall Estate.
