1. Auction of Estates, Further Dan Bank on Wednesday 9th November 1796, now in the occupation of Mr Jonathan Barlow. Source unknown.
2. Eight Lots of Timber to be sold at Miss Paulden's, Fogg Brook, Offerton. Timber growing at Dan Bank, Marple. Newspaper article taken from Stockport Advertiser January 1854.
3.. Three lots of buildings and land at Marple Bridge to be sold by Mr Isaac Atkin 1838. Lots include dwelling houses, The Bobbin Inn, a butcher's shop, slaughter-house, blacksmith's shop and smithy. Stockport Advertiser 1838.
