April 1974 : Photocopy of newspaper cutting from unknown publication, "MP opens Marple's new C.A.B." with photograph of the handover of the key between local MP, Mr Tom Normanton and Mrs D G Dudley, outside the new premises at 6 Church Street, Marple.
April 1999 : Sad farewell for Sheila, CAB manager since 1983
July 1999 : Information centre closure sparks a storm of protest. A council spokesman said they had thought it unnecessary to have both an information centre and a Citizen's Advice Bureau in Marple.
Aug 1999 : CAB offices on the phone and online following recent move to Memorial Park.
