Section 1. "Things to do now" with information on respirators and how to choose and equip a refuge room.
Section 2. "Things to do if there should ever be a war" included darkening the house at night, fire precautions and public warning signals
Section 3. "Things to do in an air raid" included how to avoid injury from mustard gas and what to do if your house is damaged or fire breaks out.
Section 4. ""Extra precautions" and Section 5. "What to do if anyone is hurt".
