a. 1915 : Agreement : Frederick C Arkwright & Mrs Carrie Wade for "Graylands"
b. 1926 : Conveyance of Graylands, between A R Addy-Refern to R W Dawes. Letter from Barrow & Smith, Solicitor, send the conveyance to E Furniss Esq.
c.. 1930 : Assignment & Conveyance between the Executors of the will of Robert W Dawes deceased and Mrs Dawes to Mrs Florence I Wyatt for three plots of land and the dwellinghouse known as "Graylands" Strines Road, Marple.
d. 1937 : Assignment and Conveyance between F I Wyatt to George Hey for leasehold for land and dwellinghouse known as "Greylands"
