Collection of 16 items of crockery from several local churches and other institutions donated to Marple Local History Society.

Comprising :
Milk Jug from Mellor Sunday School : 1875 (inscription CMFC)
Souvenir mug from Samuel Oldknow 2000
Hawk Green Reading Rooms : 2 x 9" gold trimmed plates, 2 x 7" matching side plates, jug, bowl and a teaspoon inscribed (HGRR)
2 x 6 1/2" Green edged side plates from Marple Bridge Welfare Centre.
One pink edged 8" plate from All Saints Church, Marple.
Commemorative mug from Marple Urban District Council Souvenir Mug for Marple 2004
Souvenir mug from the Dale School's Silver Jubilee : 25 years : 1966 - 1991.
Two Commemortive mugs : 1. Great World War 18.6.1919 & National Peace Day 19.7.1919 : Donated by Ann & Dave William (- go to hyperlink below for related article from MLHS website)
