Handwritten document (author unknown) giving information from a meeting at the Farm Colony dated October 1917.
At the meeting on September 8th 1917 Chaired by Bishop Welldon, Dean of Manchester, held in the Recreation Room at the Farm Colony an account of accomplishments in the past was given and Chairman commented that the Institution needs to be better know and if it cannot support itself it needs help and is deserving of it.
Churching of the first Council Chairman was on Sunday 3rd May 1908.
